I led the end-to-end design process, ensuring all requirements were met and key project milestones achieved. Through workshops, I gathered and analysed business requirements, directly informing and refining our design strategy. The existing workflow relied heavily on manual spreadsheet processes, so our goal was to digitise and automate these processes to minimise human interaction and improve efficiency.
I facilitated effective communication among stakeholders and collaborated closely with the tech lead to ensure the successful implementation of the visualisation flow. Despite frequent changes in client requirements and significant infrastructure challenges, I remained adaptable and proactive, consistently delivering solutions that met evolving needs. My efforts had a direct impact on streamlining workflows and reducing operational inefficiencies through automation. As a result, we successfully developed and launched the MVP within 5 months.
